What can I expect from the Soul Brounch experience?

Soul Brunch is a party brunch you don’t want to miss. It’s a fun colourful and vibrant brunch with Southern Miami vibes located at Black Flamingo. Expect good music, good food and a fun filled experience with dancing on tables, Free shots and a party atmosphere. RnB, Hip Hop, Afrobeats, Soca and Soulful Classics from 2pm till 6pm with an afterparty till 8pm

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at ⁠Black Flamingo, Radisson Beach Hotel, West Palm, Dubai

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue however there is an outdoor terrace

How long does the experience last?

Doors open 2pm till 6pm for Brunch packages and afterparty till 8pm

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe. You can read the safety measures here

Is there air conditioning?

Indoor areas will have air conditioning.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

All people are welcome and we do have live performances from dancers.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

All people are welcome and they can hear the music from the DJs

Will there be strobe lights?

No

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes we have food and drinks packages available.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and tag @soulbrunchdubai When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted unless pre-arranged with organisers.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Soul Brunch is a table experience as we serve food so you need to book a table in advance

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

Yes please let us know your requirements.

Regarding the access to the event

Do I need to wear a mask?

No

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes brunch starts at 2pm.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive at 2pm- we can save your setas up until 3pm however if you are much after we cannot guarantee your seats so please do let us know asap if you will be arriving later.

Can I bring animals?

No

Are service dogs allowed?

No

Is there an age requirement?

Over 18’s

Is there parking available?

Yes

What if the weather is bad?

Soul brunch will be moved completely indoors.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes

Where can I get tickets?

• On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

No

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for OOOF : Out of Office Fridays, Pool Party at Wane Palm, Dubai can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
