What can I expect from the Soul Brunch Downtown?

Soul Brunch Downtown is a party brunch you don’t want to miss. It’s a fun colourful and vibrant brunch with Southern Miami vibes located at PAPA Dubai, Business Bay. Expect good music, good food and a fun-filled experience with dancing on tables, free shots and a party atmosphere. RnB, Hip Hop, Afrobeats, Soca and Soulful Classics from 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. with an afterparty till 9 p.m.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at PAPA Dubai, at V hotel, Al Habtoor City, Atrium Level 3, V hotel, Dubai.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue; however, there is an outdoor terrace.

How long does the experience last?

Doors open 4 p.m. till 8 p.m. for Brunch packages, with an afterparty till 9 p.m.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID-safe.

Is there air conditioning?

Indoor areas will have air conditioning.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

All guests are welcome.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

All guests are welcome - they will be able to enjoy the music from the DJs.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Yes, food and drink packages will be available.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and tag @soulbrunchdubai When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted unless pre-arranged with organisers.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Soul Brunch Downtown is a table experience as we serve food, so you need to book a table in advance.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

Are there vegan or gluten free options available?

Yes please let us know your requirements.

Regarding the access to the event

Do I need to wear a mask?

No.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes - brunch starts at 4 p.m.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please arrive at 4 p.m. We can save your seats up until 5 p.m.; however, if you arrive much after without notification, we cannot guarantee your seats, so please do let us know ASAP if you will be arriving later.

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately no pets are allowed.

Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately service dogs are not allowed.

Is there an age requirement?

21 years old and above.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Unfortunately the venue is not ADA compliant.

Is there parking available?

Yes.

What if the weather is bad?

Soul Brunch Downtown will be moved completely indoors.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Unfortunately there are no wheelchairs available to rent at the venue.

Regarding the tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes; however, we recommend you purchase your ticket online to book your slot ahead of time.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

Unfortunately there are no Military discounts for this experience.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Soul Brunch Dubai can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
